Drop Shipment

Hello,

We have defined Dropship as Item org and assigned items to the same. We ran a collection program and created sourcing rules, assignments, and ATP rules, and placed a sales order. But we are getting an error message that the item is not valid. When I try to create a requisition, I can't find an item in the LOV.

So, my question is, do we need to create drop-ship as item org or inventory org. Please see the attached error.
