Invoice attachments now including png files from approver's email

Hello:

Recently (not sure how recent), our invoice attachments have weird looking files besides the PDF invoice.  When opening the file in a browser, it's picking up the Approver's signature icons.  How do we stop this?  Sample attached--the bottom of the screen shot shows the bottom of the approver's email.
