Returning intern and intern to full time offer process

Hi All,

We want to extend offers to current interns. Some are offers for a returning internship and some are offers for full time employment, all with start dates next year. The interns applied internally to the requisitions, so the action used can be "Add Pending Work Relationship" and we don't have to worry about merging. They will have about 3 months before the offer expiry date. Their internal record will be inactive by the time the offer expires.

Will they still be able to accept or decline on their own or will the recruiter need to accept or decline for them?
