What-If analysis report calculating the new depreciation wrongly for NBV method

Content

Hi Experts,

I  ran the What-if analysis report for the given asset. Asset Cost: 134552.13 , DPIS: 01-Apr-2021, Depreciation Method : STL NET 10 (which is having NBV basis and formula as 1/remaining life) for 10 years asset life. When i run the report the depreciation for first year should be 10091.40 ( (134552.13/10) * (9/12)) = 10091.40). But what if analysis report showing the first year depreciation as 9923.22. Not sure how this is calculated.

Could you please help me in how this is 9923.22 is calculated as first year depreciation.

Thanks in advance
