21C Release feature - Send a lines response spreadsheet in the supplier invititation

I am attempting to test the recently release feature referenced above, but upon review of the the supplier's email I can only seeing the Supplier PDF.  The compressed zip file with the Lines.csv and the Supplier PDF is not in the supplier's email notification.   Has anyone else encountered this problem or is there any suggestions on why I am not seeing the desired results.
