Hi Team,

After an applicant signs the offer letter in ORC, later he/she has to complete the employment agreement document before we  process the background check.

This employment agreement document is customized for each person (at least the first paragraph has the name of the applicant on it).  The applicant has to sign the document (I believe this can achieve via electronic signature) but the main question here is; on  the last page of  the document the applicant has to mark "Inventions" or "No inventions" check box. If applicant checks the Inventions then he or she has to submit the documents. Currently this is all done via mail but would like to automate it. Any suggestions if this can be achieved via Checklist.
