Batch Process does not generate Compensation Change Statement for Ineligible Employees

Summary

Batch Process does not generate Compensation Change Statement for Ineligible Employees

Content

Hi Team

Why "Process Workforce Compensation Change Statements" batch process is generating the statements only for Eligible employees and not for Ineligible as well?

We are using the process "Process Workforce Compensation Change Statements" to generate statements for both eligible and ineligible employees. In our Compensation statement template we have condition for both Eligible employee and Ineligible employees.

When we generate the Compensation Statement for employees through Manager the statement is getting generated for both eligible and Ineligible employees but when we try generating the Compensation change Statement through the process "Process Workforce Compensation Change Statements" the statement is getting generated only for Eligible employees and not getting generated for Ineligible employees.

Howdy, Stranger!
