OBI report returns random value for candidate user defined fields

edited Aug 13, 2021 3:08PM in Taleo Enterprise 3 comments

Summary

OBI report returns random value for candidate user defined fields since August 7 after the 21C deployment

Content

We encountered huge issues in OBI report after the 21C deployment. The value returns on the reports are incorrect with random value. The impacted fields are candidate udfs. We're not sure if it's a result of 21C deployment. But we do not have any update/changes on Taleo before the deployment. Oracle said it is a data-sync issue and created defect 33220906. They're investigating.

I'm curious if any other Taleo user has the same or similar issue. Please advise. Thank you!
