HCM Extract fails to pick up changes scheduled every hour

Hi Folks,

We have an HCM Extract which runs hourly and the extract takes about 12-15 minutes to complete. There have been couple instances where manager changes, data changes are not reflecting as changes in the output file. Upon debugging, we noticed that if a transaction is in flight and is approved while the extract is running it fails to be picked up in the current and subsequent runs. See below for an example.
