Hello,

I signed up to an Oracle cloud account few weeks ago and I created 2 ARM instances. Those instances are in the "always free" tier (If I understood correclty, we were limited to 4 OCPU an 24Go Ram for the ARM instances in the "Always free" tier, so I split the resources into 2 instances).

This morning, I recieved a mail telling me that my free trial period is over but that all my "always free" instances will stay. But my instances are now stopped and I cannot re-start them : I get an error message telling me :

"Unable to start instance: Instance ocid1.instance.oc1.eu-amsterdam-1..... is disabled and will not accept any action requests. Please contact customer support to reenable."

Howdy, Stranger!
