Supply Chain Planning Configuration Package - csv (Import and Export)

Hi Gurus, 

I am trying to migrate the Supply Chain Planning configurations from one environment to another. During the process of exporting the csv package, I could see that there are some other configurations which are getting exported like (ATK_ESSMETA_USER_JOB_LOV_SOURCE, FND_APP_PROFILE_CATEGORY, HZ_ORIG_SYSTEMS_B,ORA_APPLICATION_FLEXFIELD_RELATED_VALUE_SET). 

I was thinking to restrict configurations related to Planning only. 

What is the best practice to import and export configurations.
