BI Publisher Report Parameters Performance Issues

Hi,

We have created a report with 15 LOV parameters such as Business Unit, Supplier, Location based parameters, GL Tree based parameters, Buyer, Currency and GL Date.

In order to establish a dependency between these parameters , we have enabled Refresh other parameters on change" option on most of the parameters. But with this option, the main area that is required to show the parameters is taking

time i.e. around 10-15 secs. If  we remove the dependency between parameters then the performance is much better and the results are returned in couple of seconds.

 

Has anyone faced this issue. If so, then how to handle this with the "Refresh other parameters on change" option enabled.
