TCC for updating Regulatory Services under Requisition Templates

Hi,

Have anyone worked with creating a TCC to enable the check-box for the External Services section for Regulatory Services under Library-> Requisition Templates Page in Taleo?

If so, would you mind sharing the TCC for us to make those updates under Requisition Templates?
