Could anyone please advise on what is the expected system behaviour, when running Rehires through ORC?

Is there a duplicate check that should bring up a warning message when 'Moving to HR' or what is the process?

We have been 'Rehiring' ex-employees through ORC, and they are being processed as Pending workers, but at no point is there a warning message or a pop up or anything to inform the Recruiter that this candidate has worked for us before, other than the 'Candidate Type field' showing them as 'ex-employee'. Therefore, we have to manually check this every time which is super time consuming.
