Compensation Default and Override fast formula column value not changed after Manager change data

worksheet column value not get updated if we change the another compensation worksheet column.

Hi Guru's,

I have created a Compensation default and override FF - column A which used another comp worksheet column B (available to edit on manager screen).In fast formula that column A value has been used as condition using value-set

when manager entered the data on column B then FF column- A doesn't reflect the changes until unless we run the refresh data process.

Did anyone face similar issue ?
