New Hire Integration 1 or 2-Step Process

Hi,

Can you provide information as to how we can differentiate if our new hire integration process from Taleo to HCM is a 1-Step or a 2-Step automated integration process?

We heard that the 2-Step is an evolved process which removes the manual intervention and processing delays the current 1-Step integration requires and hence wanted to confirm how we can identify our current setup from Taleo to PeopleSoft v9.2.
