ODA language support

The basic (which comes with Core-HR subscription) chat-bot will be native language supported (auto-detects different user languages and responds in same language) or will only support single language?

We are looking into ODA for one for our customers. We got to know that a basic chat-bot will be provided with Core-HR subscription which will have basic functionality. And in case we want to go for intricate and complex functionalities then we will need to get the separate license for ODA. Question is the basic chat-bot will be native language supported (auto-detects different user languages and responds in same language) or will only support single language?
