Hi Experts,

We encountered this error:

"The charge account can't be generated. The transaction account definition Purchasing TAB Default Accounting was unable to create a new account due to an application error. Contact your help desk. Contact your Procurement application administrator."

The user explained that he could perform this process before but as of recently he couldn't.
