Cycle Count Approver/Notification

Can we specify an approver for a cycle count?  I understand anyone with the warehouse manger role or anyone with the PRIV of INV_APPROVE_CYCLE_COUNT_SEQUENCES can approve a cycle count but can we route a cycle count to a particular individual.

Also is there any notification that a cycle count needs to be approved?
