How to resubmit registration request in workflow? Cannot find Approval Request notification for Supp

Cannot find Approval Request notification for Supplier Registration Request, therefore we need the request to be resubmitted so we can approve it.

The supplier have registered themselves and our end user cannot find the approval request notification, therefore it is just stuck in pending approval. How can we have it resubmitted into workflow so our supplier manager can approve the request?
