Hello,

We are experiencing some interesting issue after one of our POD was Cloned by Oracle and have never seen this before.

As we try to Add parts to a Service Request the Item LOV does not display any Items we have defined with Service attributes that are normally required.

1. The Service Activity code = Install

2. The Items we have defined in prior to the clone are the same items we are using after the clone and the attributes on the Service tab are set accurately (Service Request = Enabled, Billing Type set to 'Material / Labor or Expense), Enable Service Billing = Y).
