Hi 

In our implementation, the customer is requiring a user-defined forecast measure based on a custom formula (statistical forecast will be used just as reference). The requirement is that there should be some locked time buckets from plan start date that should not be updated when the plan runs for this user-defined measure. 

E.g. if the plan is run at the beginning of period 1, period 1 should be a locked bucket for the user-defined measure (i.e. the measure should not be updated). 

What would be the best way to achieve this?
