    For sending alarms we can create notifications to send to https url as mentioned in this url.

    In this Https susbscription if I want to send "source" query param in the url https://<someurl>?source=oraclecloud, its saying  ?(question mark)  not a valid character.

    How can we send query params and headers as part of this https subscrition notification
