Business Flow:

Customer initiates Chat -> Agent accepts Chat -> Chat Wrap-up -> Interaction Creation on Contact Record -> New Service Request Created for the Contact.

Kindly advise how to create a New Service Request based on an incoming Chat, or how to link a Chat to an existing SR.
