Questions around Talent Review and Succession Planning
We had few questions around Talent Review and Succession planning as mentioned below. Any inputs would be helpful.
1. We are having a 4-box grid, can managers move Employees in the grid before start of the actual meeting? Say the meeting date is 26/08/2021 and Manager is trying to move them on 24/08/2021, is that possible. We tried this is system and for future dated meeting managers were unable to move. Any inputs please.
2. Can we tag few Employees who are not part of any box/grid and who are in Holding area with some name. Say for few Employees in Holding Area we want to tag them as "New to the role". Is that possible?
