Make Payroll Frequency Fields Under Payroll Info Region Visible by Default

Hi Team,

During Offer creation, in Payroll Info region, fields under Payroll Frequency are not visible by default. User has to select the Tax Reporting Unit and then 'Add' needs to be clicked, only then those fields are visible. Is there a way to make all these fields visible by default?
