Could you please let me know if you would use an HCM Extract or a BI Publisher report for the below requirement.

 

User will select below parameters:

Step1 : Mode* (only one can be selected at a time ) :Monthly or quarterly.

Step2 : Employee Status* : Active or Terminated.

Step3 : If Terminated is selected: User may or may not select:

Termination Date:

 

If Monthly is selected , report output contains values for Previous month and current month accruals (for hours & wages)

If Quarterly is selected , report output contains values for Previous quarter and current quarter accruals (for hours & wages)
