HCM Extract Document of Record Delivery option is not working as expected.

HI All,

we have a requirement to post Statement of Earnings document as Document of records so employees can download from self service.

so we created  copy of payroll activity extract and created a custom RTF template and everything is working as expected.

Issue

As per oracle white paper  we have modified custom BIP and Extract to feed output to Document of Record ,when we run the extract it looks fine but we don't see any record created at self service.

PFA document for the changes done.

Please let me know if i have missed something.

Note: We are able to create DOR from UI and no records are created once extract is executed.
