BAE is in the process of implementing Oracle HCM. We are looking to understand if you use HCM or have another application to enter and process (using Oracle HCM Payroll) supplemental payroll earnings or deduction elements that fall outside the normal pay salary (e.g. Bonus, Retention, Compensation, Signing Bonus, Award fees, Commissions, Leave adjustments, Severance Payments, Gifts, Grievance Pay, Awards, Benefit Premium Refunds, etc.). We currently us a custom PeopleTools application add-on to PeopleSoft.
