FYI: Goal Plan **** Is Available

Employees who already has goal plan, are receiving notification. Every time, when we schedule a process to assign a goal plan to employees (who does not have goal plan already).

Hi,

We noticed an issue with FYI notification of Goal plan is being assigned.

We have enabled an notification for goal plans under 'Talent Notification>Goals Management>HR generates a goal plan'. Every time, process is being executed to assign goal plan, employee receives notification - "Goal Plan ABC assigned to you by XYZ", though those employees already have a goal plan.

Notification should not trigger every time whenever we schedule 'Assign goal plan' process. It should only go to new employee/whoever does not have goal plan already.
