Taleo How to cancel a requisition in rejected status?

Hello,

In Taleo we have a requisition that in is status PENDING - REJECTED - since it was opened but rejected.
how is it possible to Cancel the requisition ? that is in rejected status ?

the only enabled action exists under - requisition - actions is : put on hold .
