Onboarding Process - Average Length?

Hi All,

I'm curious on the average length of different organizations onboarding processes. We have four different processes, depending on the position. Some are longer than others, but we continue to add new documents to the processes and I worry sometimes the process is too long and a negative candidate experience. 

About how many tasks total do you have for your onboarding processes? Do you have multiple processes and/or do candidates complete additional paperwork on day 1, outside of Taleo?
