Issue on JSON data insertion in ATP table

Hi Experts,

I am trying to insert JSON file data into ATP table through OIC JSON file is in Master child data form so I am inserting master data "PENN_DREQ_PartsListDetails" in table A and child data "PENN_SREQ_P41202Components_Repeating" in table B with "Item Number" as join condition.

I am able to insert master array data but falied to insert child array data. JSON file attached.
