The Planning issue for the “Counter Sales orders” or the feature in 21C “Reduce Inventory when a Sales order doesn’t require Picking or Shipping” is that such Sales orders are not collected in Planning. Hence it will impact the Consumption process/Forecast in Demand Management, Replenishment Planning and Supply Planning Modules.
