Is it possible to show order extensible flexfields on sales order main form

Is it possible to show order extensible flexfields defined for sales order header, on order header main form? E.g. can the form be personalized so that the extensible flexfield are shown on order hearder.

Currently user must navigate to separate window with Actions - Edit Additional Information, where user can see and update the extensible flexfield values. As in our case values for these fields are required on all sales orders, it would be more user friendly to show the fields directly on order header. Is this possible with some configuration?
