1. We allowed our employee to create their own goals in Talent centre, is there a way (similar to when you edit a performance review in Talent centre) that when creating goals it is auto saved rather than clicking Save?
2. Is there a way to mass (do for more employees) include goals created to a particular review template? we have issues where goals are created but not added to goals. we are thinking of doing it for all emplyees to be sure they are added in goals but not as 1 by 1. Is there a way to do it? Or what is the best way to check if all the goals are added in the review template? Is there a report that can show that to us?
