I'm curious what keeps you all on Taleo vs moving to Oracle Recruit? Do you have plans to change ATS or stick with Taleo? Is there something you are waiting for in Oracle Recruit before you'll move? Our big painpoints with Taleo are the TCC and setting up ex-US contracts but otherwise it is pretty configurable. Just curious what other companies are thinking.
