Inbound Interface: Uploading two zip files from single HCM Extract

We have a requirement to upload 2 zip files (HDL files) in an automated way in Oracle HCM using HCM extract Inbound interface. We have two delivery options with delivery type as 'Inbound interface' which generate two zip files properly. But is it possible to call the HDL process(Import and Load Data) twice sequentially for the two zip files?
