Summary

We created new Grades and a new Effective Grade Rate with those new grades

Content

1. Created New Grades effective 1/10/2021

2. Added New Grade rate effective  1/10/2021

3. New Job effective Date 1/10/2021

4. New Position effective Date 1/10/2021

5. Ran position sync

We do not use grade steps/ladders.

Now on team compensation we see salary rows of 10/20/2020 that do not show a grade.

I would assume this should show at the least the grade effective at that time.  How do others that don't use compensation and grade progression keep the assignment and salary information in sync?
