    Is it possible not to trigger approve process when only the performance goal status changed?

    Hi, expert

       One of our cusotmer raise a request that not to trigger approve process if only the status of a performance goal was changed.

       I tried to change the PROFILE OPTION value of HRG_GOAL_COMPLN_REQ_APPR from Y to N, but it doesn't work. Then I found that appove rule of Performance goal enabled from 19D.

       Does it means this profile option will not work any more? If so, how can I achieve this request?
