How to upgraded the account from free trail to paid subscription?

Anyone can help on it? I try to reset my OCI account password but failed, after check with the support got the feedback as follow. Could you let me know what I need to do at this moment. Thanks.
Dear Customer ,
As you requested for password reset in chat , I checked your account status and checked that the account is already in PAID PURGED status .
This is because you have not upgraded the account from free trail to paid subscription within 60 days of account creation .
