Can we have approval when there is a manual price override

We have enabled Allow Override Price in Price list items - approval should be triggered whenever there is a override in 'Your Price'- can we define approval rule for the price Override lines  -  if an Sales order has multiple lines, if any of the line price updated manually then the sales order should trigger approval process
