Hi,

Raised a similar question in the PY forum, without any response so far, so also trying now in this forum, because this topic is kind of cross HR and PY. 
We where wondering if any other Oracle HCM customer is leveraging on Oracle HCM to deliver the legal 'Revisal report' for Romania.
This Revisal report (spec. attached) is in XML format with coding specified by the Romanian government and must be uploaded in a tool of the Romanian government where validation is done. It's basically the declaration of in/out service, contract changes, salary changes etc. to the Romanian government, for small head count this can be done manual, but for large headcount a mass load is supported, because daily one have to detect the changes and provide these to the government. If not done out of HCM, how do you manager these declarations?
