Dashboards and Infolets

Hi,
I created a simple infolet and a dashboard for Absence Mgmt data. I created the infolet and added the simple report. When it comes to "Add Content" for the Link to Detail Report", dashboards are not visible as a selection. Furthermore, i created another analysis with the prompts embedded. If i add this report as detailed content, the prompts are ignored when the user clicks on the infolet
From what I have read, dashboards should be available as content. Any idea why it is not visible in my selection? Or why the prompts are ignored?
