MS Teams integration initial message is random text,

Summary

When ODA is initially accessed it says hello followed by random text instead of the user, can we change this to something more meaningful?

When we access ODA via MS Teams the bot greets with the following:

Hello User 29:1Oz-0VLloOM8K1OtpAQMv2eXtU2tXq0yuIfQpSQsirVNmD3RwFfN6qn0dxeOQCUa0p3E3E4Tp45eOWcFkNIuVkA, I'm your HR Digital Assistant, how I can help you today?

 

Can we replace the random text with something more meaningful? Once we obtain a token it is fine but initial greeting is poor.
