Content Item - how to update related content items post profile mapping?

Accessing related content items to Licences and certifications in order to maintain them

Hi,

We have a Related content item for Licences and Certifications that was built prior to mapping to Profile Management called Post-Qualified Experience (which I will refer to as PQE from here).     The PQE item determines a number of months that training qualifications from different jurisdictions have to act as a levelling up of the amount of experience people have (eg longer training courses may add experience, shorter training courses will have less experience).

However, since the update, we can no longer access the PQE content item to either add new values or amend existing ones.
