Report on Employees on Leave during a certain time period

Hello - We are trying to find a way to report on employees who were/are on a leave of absence during any given time frame. The issue we are having is that there can be employees that are still on a leave without an end date in the time frame we are reporting on. We can't just report on start/end dates.

For example: Employee starts LOA on 12/25/2020. We want to see who is on LOA from 1/1/2021 to 2/1/2021. We would expect to see this employee since they are still on an active leave.
