I'm facing the below error while updating salary through Individual Worker Display

Your changes weren't saved because another user is currently making updates to the same workers. You must cancel and return to make changes at a later time. (CMP-1005415)

Am I missing anything? Please help me with any inputs/suggestions.

I am using salary rates content type.
