Unable to find Assets module to create Maintenance DFF

I am trying to create DFF's on the Maintenance Asset, but when I try to find the CSE_ASSETS DFF code or find the Installed Base Assets Module the search returns no results found. I have the Application Administrator, Application Implementation Administrator and Application Implementation Consultant Roles and their data access.
