Eligibility Profile for Pending Worker that has Proposed Person Type as Criteria

Our client requires the tasks for Pre-boarding to be allocated based on Employees Proposed Person Type. Is there a way I can Include that in Eligibility Profile?

Is there a way For Pre-boarding to be allocated based on Employees Proposed Person Type. Something like this?

• Proposed person type is either  Agency Temp/Contractor/Consultant -> Eligibility profile 1
• Proposed person type is either Employee/Fixed Term --> Eligibility Profile 2

I tried to create a User Define Criteria 

• Table: Assignments
• Column: PROPOSED_WORKER_TYPE
• Lookup- I created a lookup of all our proposed worker type such as Fixed Term and Consultant
